Shehbaz concerned over exclusion of Pakistan's name from list of emerging economies
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president and opposition leader in National Assembly (NA) Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday has expressed concern over exclusion of Pakistan’s name from the list of emerging economies.
In a statement, the PML-N leader said this demotion is a proof that the nation is facing severe problems.
It’s a disappointment that Pakistan has been removed from the list issued by Morgan Stanley Capital International (MSCI), he stated.
Shehbaz Sharif further said that Pakistan’s name was included in the list of 20 states with emerging economies in Nawaz Sharif’s tenure.
