Chief Ministers of Punjab, KPK, GB call on PM Imran

Overall situation in the provinces and development issues came under discussion during the meeting.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar, Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mahmood Khan and Chief Minister Gilgit Baltistan Khalid Khursheed Tuesday called on Prime Minister Imran Khan.

The meeting was held at the Prime Minister office. During the meeting, overall situation in the provinces and development issues came under discussion.

Earlier, Prime Minister’s Special Representative for Religious Harmony Maulana Tahir Ashrafi called on Prime Minister Imran Khan to discuss religious matters and the issues faced by the Muslim Ummah.

During the meeting, they discussed the committee headed by the minister for religious affairs with regard to Waqf Properties Act and its positive role with regard to removal of apprehensions of Ulema and Mashaikhs.

Maulana Ashrafi lauded prime minister’s stance over Palestine issue and government’s efforts at the international level in this regard.
