LHC sends Moonis case to another sessions judge

The LHC has transferred Moonis Elahi case to another sessions judge of Lahore.

Earlier, Banking Court judge Mian Abdul Rasheed had refused to hear NICL case against Moonis Elahi and sent it to Lahore High Court. The LHC CJ sent the case to Sessions Judge Mujahid Mustqeem. The session judge will hear the case after the federal government’s notification.
