IHC attack case: ATC rejects bail plea of three lawyers
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - An Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) has rejected the bail plea of lawyers involved in the attack on Islamabad High Court (IHC). The Police arrested the lawyers from the court room.
According to details, lawyers Bilal Mughal, Rao Sabir Hussain and Chaudhry Mansoor Hussain, involved in the Islamabad High Court attack, had filed pre-arrest bail petitions in an anti-terrorism court.
The anti-terrorism court, after hearing the arguments, dismissed the petitions of the three lawyers, but advocate Syed Obaidullah Shah and Khalid Mahmood Khan withdrew their petitions.
The petitions were heard by Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Shah Rukh Arjumand. After the petitions were rejected, the police arrested the three lawyers from the courtroom.
