Sarfraz murder case: Rangers submit application for weapons return

The Rangers submitted application in ATC for return of weapons used in Sarfraz Shah murder incident

The hearing on Sarfraz Shah case started late in the Anti-Terrorist Court due to loadshedding.The Rangers submitted the application with authority letter and pleaded before the court for the return of weapons, mobile van and other luggage.When the copy of the application without copy of authority letter was submitted to Special Public Prosecutor, he refused to accept it. However, afterwards, he accepted the application with authority letter’s copy.The court adjourned the hearing till Monday.
