Three terrorists killed by security forces in North Waziristan
Killed terrorist were affiliated with Aleem Khan Khushali group.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Three terrorists were killed in an intelligence based operation by security forces in Mirali area of North Waziristan, military’s media wing said on Wednesday.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), these terrorists were involved in target killing, kidnapping for ransom, extortion, attacks on security forces and IED explosions.
The ISPR further said that killed terrorist were affiliated with Aleem Khan Khushali group.
On February 4, security forces also gunned down four terrorists in North Waziristan.
Security forces observed presence of terrorists in a compound in Mir Ali and as soon as the troops cordoned off the area, terrorists opened fire.
During intense exchange of fire, 4 terrorists were killed who were were involved in kidnapping for ransom, extortion, fire raids on security forces and IED explosions.
ISPR said that during the conduct of operation, Naib Subedar Amin Ullah age 42 years resident of Chitral and sepoy Sher Zamin age 24 years resident of Landi Kotal embraced shahadat while 4 soldiers got injured.
