She said provision of meals will be ensured under coordinated strategy to areas facing food shortage

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister Imran Khan on Wednesday directed to identify areas, where people are facing food shortage and even in getting two-times meal due to economic difficulties so that they can be reached under Ehsas Program s initiative "no one should go to bed hungry."

He was chairing a meeting of the initiative  no one should go to bed hungry  under Ehsas Program in Islamabad today. Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Poverty Alleviation Dr Sania Nishtar briefed Imran Khan about the project.

She said that in light of Prime Minister s vision, provision of meals will be ensured under a coordinated strategy to areas facing food shortage.

Appreciating the suggestions to provide meals to deserving people, the Prime Minister said that a system, through a comprehensive planning, should be evolved for easy and direct access to the deserving people.

Imran Khan said with the success of  no one should go to bed hungry  program, Pakistan will set an example in the world.

Besides, Dr Sania Nishtar also briefed Imran Khan about Ehsas Donor Management System under which detail of donation and expenditure will automatically be sent to a donor through an automatic digital manner.
