Another complaint lodged against Ayaz Sadiq's controversial statement in Lahore
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Another complaint has been filed against former Speaker National Assembly and senior PML-N leader Ayaz Sadiq in the secretariat police station.
This is the second complaint filed against the PML-N leader in Lahore after his controversial statement in the National Assembly. A third petition was also filed in Islamabad on Friday.
The petitioner, President Federal Capital Youth Wing Islamabad, Rai Tanveer filed the complaint at Secretariat Police Station, stating that the former National Assembly Speaker voiced India’s narrative by hurling insults against the government and the armed forces of Pakistan.
The petition further pleaded that Ayaz Sadiq’s speech had attempted to severely damage the credibility and ideology of Pakistan Armed Forces. The statement, which was a pre-planned conspiracy, hurt the sentiments of the forces as well as every patriotic citizen.
