The health department registered cases against three parents during the last campaign

MULTAN (Dunya News) - The presence of the poliovirus was confirmed in sewage samples of Ali Town and Suraj Miani of Multan.

Thirty thousand children missed polio vaccine during the last campaign in Multan. The Department of Health has developed a strategy for convincing parents in the first phase and filing lawsuits in the second phase during the October 26 campaign if they continue to refuse the vaccine.

The health department also registered cases against three parents during the last campaign.

This year, three polio cases have been reported from different districts of South Punjab. Therefore, it was also decided to take action against the polio workers for poor performance during the campaign.
