Three killed, six injured in Gujranwala cylinder blast
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) - A cylinder explosion in a tea shop near Numania Road in Gujranwala has caused the roof of the shop to collapse, crushing three people to death and seriously injuring six others.
According to details nine people were buried under the rubble. Rescue teams have recovered the bodies of 3 people from the rubble.
The injured were shifted to District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) for immediate medical treatment.
According to rescue officials, the dead included Mohammad Younis, Mohammad Shaukat and an unidentified person.
The injured were identified as Shahbaz, Rizwan, Usman, Hamza, Abdullah and Abdul Rehman. However, rescue operation is underway.
