Check post, shops destroyed in Miranshah blast

A security check post and 12 shops were destroyed in a bomb blast in Miranshah on Tuesday.

According t o official sources, the bomb was planted in a market on Khawaja Jan Chowk, which was exploded, destroying 12 shops and a check post.The blast was of such a magnitude that it disturbed the electricity system in the city while window panes of nearby houses were also damage.However, no loss of life was reported. Panic gripped the area after the blast.
