Karachi nullahs, river beds clearing work to be completed in a year: Asad Umar
(Dunya News) – Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives Asad Umar has said that it would take one year to clear nullahs in karachi starting from this September.
In his tweet he said that he had reviewed National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) plan for clearing nullahs and river beds to solve problem of Karachi drowning every time it rains heavily.
Asad Umar said, Inshallah will have plan approved and work started in September and work will be completed in one year. Largest tax paying city of Pakistan deserves better than what it is facing today.
