Federal, Sindh governments agree to form coordination committee

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Federal and Sindh governments have agreed to form a coordination committee on Karachi’s issues. The committee will aid coordination between both governments on projects in Sindh.

According to the spokesperson of the Chief Minister’s House, Sindh CM Syed Murad Ali Shah had a meeting with Federal Minister Asad Umar in Islamabad in which Provincial Ministers Nasir Hussain Shah and Saeed Ghani represented the Sindh government.

Federal Minister Ali Zaidi, Amin ul Haq and Chairman NDMA Lt Gen Muhammad Afzal were also present in the meeting. According to spokesperson CM House, it was agreed in the meeting that a coordination committee would be formed. The committee will coordinate between the federal government and the provincial government on projects in Sindh.
