Senate: ANP, JUI clash over Haripur incident

Members of ANP and JUI showed clash and contradiction over Haripur incident.

Senate presented the scene of a battlefield.JUI’s Senator Ghulam Ali said that KP government was responsible for Haripur incident.This enraged ANP members and harsh words were exchanged between the rival groups.Senator Haji Adeel and Senator Zahid Khan said that some political parties were propagating sectarianism which was causing such incidents.PML-N Senator Ishaq Dar said that government restored judges after long march and now an inquiry commission has been formed after staging a sit-in, adding that government should have done this job without any delay.Senator Zahid Khan said that murders of more than 70 journalists including Saleem Shahzad should be probed.PML-N members took part in the discussion on the issue of opposition leader. The session was postponed till 4:30pm.
