Majority terms budget unsatisfactory

A large majority of the people have termed the budget unsatisfactory.

Public opinion in different cities about the budget was not favourable. The people said that there was no relief for the masses as sugar and flour prices were increased.The citizens of Faisalabad termed the budget a ‘drama’ while the citizens of Lahore said that budget was not people-friendly and mini budgets would be following the annual budget and the prices of electricity would continue to rise.Residents of Peshawar said that budget has broken the people’s back and prices of the daily use items have been increased.Majority of the people is not satisfied with the budget. They said that people’s problem would increase instead of any relief.
