Seven killed in coal mine blast in Quetta
The bodies of miners have been recovered and shifted to hospital
QUETTA (Dunya News) – At least seven four miners were killed and three others sustained injuries in a coal mine blast in Quetta’s Digari area.
As per the details, the incident occurred due to the gas leakage in the mine in Digari area of Quetta, the capital of mineral-rich Balochistan province.
The bodies of miners have been recovered and shifted to hospital for medical facilities after several hours of rescue operations.
General Secretary of Pakistan Mines and Labour Federation Sultan Khan said that four miners were also injured in the explosion.
