Judge Arshad Malik's case transferred to ATC.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Cyber Crimes Court of Islamabad has Thursday transferred Judge Arshad Malik’s video case to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) upon the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) request.
The court remarked that the acquittal pleas of the suspects will also be heard by the ATC. The court further said that the ATC will decide whether to hear the case or to refer it back to the Cyber Crimes Court.
