Gujranwala: Fire engulfs 100 shops in Landa Bazaar
Ten vehicles of fire brigade reached the site and started operation to bring the fire under control.
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) – Fire erupted at the Landa Bazaar in Gujranwala on Monday night which spread very quickly an engulfed at least 100 shops, Dunya News reported.
Ten vehicles of fire brigade reached the site and started operation to bring the fire under control. According to fire brigade spokesperson, the fire fighters are facing hardships due to narrow streets in the area.
Meanwhile, residents of nearby localities of Landa Bazaar have been asked to vacate their homes due to intensity of the fire. The blaze also disrupted the railway traffic and the railway track is adjacent to Landa Bazaar.
