Rehbar Committee chief announces to call off highways blocking
Akram Durrani said that there will be no need for Plan D after they execute Plan C.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Leader of the Rehmbar Committee, Akram Durrani, has announced that the highways will be opened tonight and district level meetings will be organized to increase pressure on the government.
Akram Durrani told the media that the opposition is united, and the government has been disrupted with the departure of former premier Nawaz Sharif. “People are fed up with inflation as government has destroyed the economy of the country”, he added. He went on to say that government has failed completely, and Imran Khan should take pity on the nation and go home.
He said that the Rehbar Committee has also decided to call the All Parties Conference (APC). “The opposition will unanimously recommend the name for the Election Commission,” he expressed.
Akram Durrani asserted that the decisions of the leadership committee will take effect this week, including that there will be no need for Plan D after they execute Plan C.
