Abbasi moves LHC for issuance of production orders
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has submitted an application in Lahore High Court for production orders.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has submitted an application in Lahore High Court for issuance of his production orders.
The application has been filed by Rana Mashood in which Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser, NAB, Punjab Government and state have been made parties.
The application stated that Abbasi on many occasions requested Speaker to issue production orders but he refused to do so against article 4 of the constitution.
Application further said Abbasi is unable to represent people of NA-124 due to denial of production orders.
It is pertinent to mention here that NAB has Arrested PML-N leader in LNG scandal.
