Government hospitals in Islamabad have been filled with Gastroenteritis patients.

At least 3,500 Gastroenteritis patients have been treated in the emergency wards and out-patients departments of the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences and Poly Clinic Hospital during the last week.On average hundreds of Gastroenteritis patients are brought to hospitals every day.The administrations of Islamabad hospitals increased the number of doctors and paramedics in emergency wards, besides providing sufficient medicines to the Gastroenteritis patients. The health experts say that refraining from substandard and unclean food, one could avoid the disease.
