Annual Urs of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai starts today
Large numbers of devotees are reaching Bhitshah to attend the Urs of Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai.
BHITSHAH (Dunya News) - Three-day annual Urs cerebrations of great Sufi Saint Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai will start in Bhitshah in Sindh province today (Tuesday) with enthusiasm and fervor, Dunya News reported.
Sindh Governor Imran Ismail will inaugurate the three-day cceremonies of 276th Urs of Hazrat Shah Abdul Latif Bhitai. Large numbers of devotees of the Sufi shrine are reaching Bhitshah to attend the Urs of great poet of Sindh.
Tight security arrangements have been made for the occasion. CCTV cameras have been installed while devotees will enter the shrine after passing walkthrough gates placed at all entry points.
At least 2200 police officials along with Pakistan Rangers personnel will perform security duties to prevent any untoward incident.
