Govt includes separate category in Citizen's Portal app for complaints against FBR
This feature will allow the people to lodge their complaints directly to the concerned authorities.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – On the directives of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan, a separate category has been included in the Citizen’s Portal application to register complaints against Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
According to details, this new feature will allow the people to lodge their complaints directly to the concerned authorities.
It is to be mentioned here that Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Chairman Syed Shabbar Zaidi had given a briefing in this regard and tendered the request for an exclusive category in the app.
