MQM ministers to take oath today

New Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) ministers will take oath today.

According to sources, four ministers from the MQM and two from the PPP will take oath to their offices while President Asif Ali Zardari will administer the oath to them in Islamabad.Earlier, 14 members of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid, including Pervaiz Elahi, had sworn in as the federal and state ministers at a ceremony in Islamabad following a power-sharing deal with the ruling Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). The federal cabinet was consisted of 35 ministers and after the inclusion of six new ministers, its count would reach 41.
