The SHC ordered to transfer cases to session courts.

Advocate Azra Iqbal, counsel for a murder accused has filed an application in the Sindh High Court (SHC) stating that her accused has been in prison for a long time and the trial of the case has been suspended as the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) judge has been transferred. She said that the session court has also refused to hear the case. Prosecutor General informed the court that the ATCs were formed for speedy justice but due to no judges, the cases have been pending. He requested the court to transfer all the cases to session courts. The SHC order the transfer of cases to session courts.
