RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – In the new alleged damaging disclosures about Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif’s appearance before the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) investigation team on July 5, the veteran politician had been threatening the investigation officers.

According to sources, Sharif said to the officers that soon everything would return to normalcy, and then he would “see everyone.”

“The way you summon me time and again…no one will be spared. This will be paid back in the same coin…I remember everything,” he said.

To which, the NAB asked him: “Do you remember from what sources you got the gifts?” Shehbaz responded by stating that he doesn’t remember that.

Then, he was asked about transactions from abroad into his wife’s bank accounts. To this, Shehbaz replied angrily: “Why are you asking such questions?”

The NAB officers said: “She is your wife, so the questions are to be asked from you.” To which, he said he didn’t remember anything, and his wife might be called to answer such questions.

The investigation team stated: “You have to tell from where the money came from.” To this, Shehbaz said: “Do whatever you can, I don’t tell…you can arrest me.”
