LHC seeks details of Benazirs case FIR

LHC has sought reply from the federal government regarding the names in Benazir murder case.

Appellant Aslam Chaudhry pleaded the court that names of six persons including Rehman Malik, Pervez Ilahi and Pervez Musharraf should be listed in the FIR of Benazir Bhutto murder case and they should also be investigated.Aslam said that Benazir had warned that these people would be responsible in case any mishap occurred to her.Two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Lahore High Court has sought the reply from the federal government on May 11.
