The nation stands with the grieved family of martyred sepoy who is the hero of the nation: Bilawa

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Chairman of Pakistan People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari condemned the attack on Pakistan Army vehicle in North Waziristan’s Boyya area. He said another security official embraced martyrdom in the line of duty.

The PPP leader said the whole nation stands with the grieved family of martyred sepoy who is the hero of the nation. He said the terrorists wanted to derail the peace in the region which was achieved after many sacrifices.

He said the struggle would continue till the menace of terrorism is rooted out from the country. He said PPP supports Pakistan Army in fight against terrorism.

26-year-old sepoy Amal Shah on Saturday embraced martyrdom in landmine blast and firing on Pakistan Army vehicle in North Waziristan’s Boyya area.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), attacks on armed forces in North Waziristan have surged while Kharqamar incident took place after Pakistan Army arrested militants’ facilitators.

Sources told that five officers have embraced martyrdom while 31 sustained severe wounds in North Waziristan terror attacks in one month.

Earlier on May 26, a group led by Members of the National Assembly (MNA) and Pashtun Tahafuz Movement (PTM) leaders Mohsin Dawar and Ali Wazir had assaulted Kharqamar check post, Boyya, North Waziristan tribal district.

They wanted to exert pressure for release of suspected terrorists’ facilitator arrested the other day, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement told.
