NAB summons Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday in money laundering case.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has summoned Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly (NA) and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday (tomorrow) in money laundering case.
According to details, the NAB’s notice was sent to Shehbaz’s 96-H Model Town residence in Lahore and the PML-N president has been directed to appear at 11:00 AM.
The anti-corruption watchdog has ordered Shehbaz Sharif to appear before the bureau with answers to the NAB’s questionnaire that was handed over to him on December 3, 2018.
The NAB sources revealed that the PML-N president will be inquired about his assets, sources of income and the transfer of money to his wife Nusrat Shehbaz’s account.
Furthermore, the NAB will also ask Shehbaz Sharif to give details of the property that he inherited from his father, Muhammad Sharif.
