The judge dismissed the application by remarking that do not accuse someone over his personal life.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday dismissed an application seeking disqualification of Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan.

Reportedly, Justice Athar Minallah presided over the hearing when applicant Hafiz Ihtasham claimed that Tyrian White was the daughter of PM Khan, and he had concealed his relationship with her, and therefore he violated Article 62(1)(f) of the constitution.

Responding to the applicant, the judge asked “have you read the Article 62(1)(f) completely?”

“Do not accuse someone over his personal life,” he said.

Subsequently, the court dismissed the application.
