SC has not issued any stay order on HEC issue: Rabbani

Raza Rabbani has said that the Supreme Court has not issued any stay order on the HEC issue.

Raza Rabbani was talking to media after chairing a meeting of the 18th amendment implementation commission in Islamabad. He said that the higher education commission would continue to work until a new law is enacted. He said that all the political parties would be consulted for the legislation regarding higher education.Rabbani said that the implementation commission reviewed the process in the meeting to transfer three ministries to provinces in the third stage. He said that the performance report of the commission was approved and would be presented in the current session of the national assembly.
