Gujranwala: Infant dies due to doctors' negligence
Doctors� negligence claimed life of an infant at the Civil Hospital Gujranwala on Tuesday.
GUJRANWALA (Dunya News) - Doctors negligence claimed life of a 20-day-old infant at the children ward of the Civil Hospital Gujranwala on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, minor boy Zulkarnain was brought to the Civil Hospital by his parents after his condition deteriorated but the guard at the children ward barred then to enter the ward. The parents were allowed to enter the ward after boy’s condition worsened but the doctors present on the children ward did not attend the patient who died in the arms of his mother.
The heirs of the deceased staged a protest outside the children ward of the Civil Hospital against doctors’ negligence.
