PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz’s (PML-N) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa President Ameer Muqam appear before National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on third summon for a probe pertaining to ownership of assets beyond known sources of income.

The authorities handed him a questionnaire and inquired about his assets.

An inquiry was initiated against him in April, and summons were issued to him twice before, but the PML-N leader had failed to appear before the bureau on both occasions.

Talking to media, he said that he has been given a questionnaire from NAB. “I am related to construction sector and will provide details of the relevant projects to NAB,” told Muqam.

“What is the performance of PTI in KP from where it received 28 lac votes? All the development projects made in their tenure have faults,” he criticized.

“No even one megawatt electricity was produced in the province. My business is not hidden from anyone. The one who forms alliance with Khan is pure while the other who acts the opposite is termed a thief. I hope that NAB will also investigate the misuse of KP government’s helicopter by PTI chairman Imran Khan,” maintained the PML-N leader.

Ameer Muqam went on to say that he lost in PK-4 by only 47 votes while four bags are missing.

He had contested the July 25 election from two National Assembly and two provincial assembly seats on the PML-N ticket but lost from all four.
