PAF aircraft finishes second at Royal International Air Tattoo Show

Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan congratulated the PAF contingent on their performance.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A Pakistani aircraft has been declared runner-up at the Royal International Air Tattoo Show-2018, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) said in a statement.

The statement said PAF C-130 was declared the runner-up out of 300 aircraft at the air show.

Chief of the Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan also witnessed the “static display of the Number 6 squadron s Hercules”, it added.

The air chief was briefed about the various photographs and paintings which have been put on display in the aircraft. He congratulated the PAF contingent on their performance.

“Talking to the PAF contingent, he appreciated their efforts for achieving this honour and hoped that it would go a long way in projecting the soft image of the country across the world,” the statement added.
