Faisalabad: Mother, son killed in collision between two cars
Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to a nearby hospital.
FAISALABAD (Dunya News) – At least two people were killed and four other were wounded in a road accident at the Dijkot Road in Faisalabad on Wednesday, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Rana Zeeshan a resident of Adda Pul 45-GB Gojra Road was going to Faisalabad in his car along with his wife and two children. Rana Zeeshan lost controls of his car when it hit a tractor trolley parked on the road near More Jahangir and then collided with another car coming from opposite direction.
The collision was so severe that Zeeshan’s wife Uzma and seven-year-old son Abdul Hadi died on the spot while Zeeshan and his 11-year-old son Muhammad Bin Zeeshan were wounded. Two people travelling in other car were also injured.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to a nearby hospital. Eye-witnesses said that the accident occurred due to over-speeding.
