KARACHI (Dunya News) – Two prisoners at the Central Jail Karachi died mysteriously on Wednesday, Dunya News reported. The deceased were identified as Zahid and Naseer.
According to details, prisoner Naseer was brought for court appearance where his condition deteriorated and was shifted to hospital where he died during treatment while prisoner Zahid was found dead in jail barrack.
Jail officials informed media that Naseer was arrested from Azizabad area on charges of drug smuggling while Zahid was arrested from Sachal area last year on charged of abduction.
The bodies of deceased were shifted to Civil Hospital for further investigation.
