Nawaz, Maryam leave for London tomorrow
Begum Kulsoom Nawaz was diagnised with lymphoma, a type of blood cancer.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will tomorrow leave for London to inquire about the health of his wife Begum Kulsoom Nawaz who is undergoing cancer of the lymph nodes since last year.
Maryam Nawaz, daughter of the former prime minister will also accompain him.
The former first woman was admitted to hospital today (Tuesday) after her condition detriorated.
Sources said that Nawaz and Maryam may request the accountability court for exemption from hearing scheduled on Friday and would be back by Monday to attend the another hearing.
Meanwhile, Maryam Nawaz took to the twitter to request people to pray for her mother.
She said: "My mother is hospitalised again. Please remember her in your special prayers," wrote Maryam on twitter.

Earlier, Begum Kulsoom Nawaz was diagnised with lymphoma, a type of blood cancer.
Doctors, however, said the type of cancer Kulsoom is suffering from is treatable, saying she will undergo treatment soon for a speedy recovery.
