Massive reshuffle in Punjab bureaucracy likely ahead of polls
DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf, Lahore CCPO and CTO expected to be transferred
LAHORE (Dunya News): As all political parties gear up their election campaign ahead of the general election, the Punjab government is also likely to make a massive reshuffle in the top slots of Punjab Police.
DIG Operations Dr Haider Ashraf, Lahore CCPO Amin Wains, Lahore CTO Rai Ijaz could be transferred to the centre.
Moreover, Public Health Secretary Khurram Agha, Communication Secretary Mian Mushtaq are also expected to be transferred to the centre.
Several DMG officers have stepped up efforts to be posted in centre.
In this connection, Punjab Chief Minister Shehbaz Sharif has summoned a meeting in the evening today to mull over the transfer of top bureaucrats.
