NAB files supplementary reference against Ishaq Dar
NAB has nominated Saeed Ahmed, Mansoor Rizvi and Naeem Mahmood as accused in the reference.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Monday has filed supplementary reference against former finance minister Ishaq Dar in accountability court.
NAB has nominated Saeed Ahmed, Mansoor Rizvi and Naeem Mahmood as accused in the reference and also submitted record of transactions of 48 crores. Names of 24 new witnesses have also been included in the case.
The court has formally approved the reference for hearing and summoned the suspects on February 28.
Previously, prosecution witness Inam Ishaq, who is a project director at Alfalah Cooperative Housing Society, had recorded his statement in assets beyond income reference against Ishaq Dar.
The witness said that he had provided membership form of Dar’s two kanal plot to NAB. He said that Dar, his wife and son have one plot each.
Inam Ishaq told the court that he had also given letter of society’s president to the NAB.
