A writ has been filed in the Lahore high court to make the American government a party in the Raymond Davis case.

Advocate Azhar Saddique filed the application stating that the media world over has claimed that Raymond Davis is a CIA agent and after investigation it has been brought to light that he was working as a spy in Pakistan.Azhar Siddique said that the American government should be made a party in the Raymond Davis case and the US Ambassador Cameron Munter should be called in court and his statements should be recorded. He added that all the news in the media regarding the Raymond Davis case should be added in the case record.
