CJ LHC assures provision of speedy justice to overseas Pakistanis
CJ LHC said that separate courts have been formed for overseas Pakistanis in each district of Punjab
LONDON (Dunya News) - Chief Justice (CJ) Lahore High Court (LHC), Mr Justice Syed Mansoor Ali Shah has assured provision of speedy justice to overseas Pakistanis, Dunya News reported.
Addressinf a function hosted by World Congress for Overseas Pakistanis in London on Tuesday, Justice Mansoor Ali Shah said that institutions matters and not the individuals.
He said that judiciary treats the poor and the rich equally and added that it is important to provide justice to everyone.
He also said that separate courts have also been established for overseas Pakistanis in every district of Punjab. He also said that instructions have been issued to resolve cases of overseas Pakistanis within six months.
