Raymond enjoys diplomatic immunity under Vienna Convention: Kerry

US Senator John Kerry has said that US respects Pakistani courts but Raymonds issue has nothing to do with courts as diplomats enjoy immunity under Vienna Convention.

Addressing a press conference in Lahore, Senator John Kerry said that he respected Pakistani courts but the country must follow international laws. He said that Raymond Davis issue cannot have an effect on Pak-US ties.He assured that proper action would be taken against Raymond in the US after complete investigation of the issue. He said that he would not discuss the court proceedings on the issue as it wasn’t his job to talk about technical matters.
