Uch Sharif: One killed, five injured in car, trailer collision
One person was killed and five were wounded when a container collided with a car in Uch Sharif.
UCH SHARIF (Dunya News) – A trailer loaded with 160 drums of flammable material collided with a car at the National Highway in Uch Sharif on Thursday, killing one person and injuring five others, Dunya News reported.
According to details, a trailer loaded with 160 drums of highly flammable material going to Azad Kashmir from Karachi collided with a car coming from opposite direction near Pull Nohana in Uch Sharif due to which one person travelling in the car was killed and five others were wounded.
Police and rescue teams reached the spot and shifted the dead and injured to hospital.
The trailer also turned turtle after the collision. A heavy contingent of police has cordoned off the area after the accident to avoid any Ahmedpur Sharqia-like tragedy.
