Rain in Karachi: SBCA issues high alert

KARACHI (Dunya News) – According to a spokesman of Sindh Building Control Authority (SBCA), over one hundred building in Karachi are in dilapidated condition. He also said that most of these buildings are situated in Sadar and Lyari areas of the city.

The SBCA has also asked all of its directors to remain alert dung rains in the city and an order in this regard has also been issued.

Talking the Dunya News, the SBCA spokesman informed that warning letters have been pasted on these buildings. He also informed that an emergency centre has also been set up at the Civic Centre.
