Youm-e-Ali: Police, Rangers conduct flag march in Karachi
Police and Rangers conducted flag march on the route of Youm-e-Ali procession in Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Police and Rangers contingents conducted a flag march on the route of Youm-e-Ali procession at the MA Jinnah Road in Karachi on Friday night to maintain law and order situation in the city on the occasion.
Police and Rangers personnel also launched a search operation in the area after the flag march and found a suspicious box. Bomb disposal squad was called in who declared the box clear as no explosive was found in it.
On the other hand, all shops on the route of the procession were sealed while containers were placed to prevent entry from other roads and streets joining the MA Jinnah Road.
