OGRA sends summary for POL price reduction
Ogra recommended a reduction of Rs 2.30 per litre in the price of petrol
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Ogra) has forwarded the summary to Ministry of Petroleum for reducing the problem of petroleum products.
It has been recommended in the summary that the price of petrol should be reduced by Rs 2.30 per litre while high speed diesel by Rs 3.20 per litre.
However, Ogra has recommended the increase of Rs 9.50 per liter in the prices of light speed diesel.
After the approval from Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif, Ministry of Finance would announce the new prices of petroleum products, which would be implemented from June 1.
