(Web Desk) – We know who Pakistan People’s Party’s (PPP) lawmaker Sharmila Farooqi is crushing on these days and we couldn’t resist sharing.
Karachi local whose claim to fame was an impolite on-camera talk with a journalist who is more commonly referred to as the ‘Yeh Bik Gai Hai Gormint aunty’ is back in the business as the PPP lawmaker is lovingly crushing on her.

Farooqi, last year in April, troubled members of the Sindh Assembly by leaving her upscale Burberry bag unattended during a session prompting the participants to suspect it to be an instrument of a terror attack. Upon noticing, Speaker of the Sindh Assembly, Agha Siraj Durrani instructed attendants to submerge the bag in water (perhaps to diffuse the suspected bomb? We continue to wonder a year later).
However, the costly bag was yet to be subjected to the proposed water therapy when Farooqi walked in on the panicked MPAs and claimed its ownership.

‘Yeh Bik Gai Hai Gormint’ has translated into a go-to chant for the common man across the border as well. One of Mumbai-based comedic groups, AIB did a fan give-away session that was honoured with some T-shirts with ‘aunty’s’ face on it.
This is not it, ‘Yeh Bik Gai Hai Gormint’ has not died on the social media and is doing relentless rounds, ever since its "genius inception".
