KARACHI (Dunya News) – A huge cache of weapons was recovered from an empty house when Sindh Police on Saturday carried out an operation in Ahsanabad area of Karachi.

As per details, police surrounded the area after receiving credible information regards to presence of weapons.

However, no suspects were nabbed as the law enforces managed to seize a huge cache of weapons during the operation.

The police managed to recover light machine guns snipers, Kalashnikovs G3 among several rounds of bullets. Moreover, explosive materials were also recovered during the operation.

SSP Malir Rao Anwar revealed in his media talk that two unidentified gunmen also managed to escape during the operation.

Rao Anwar let it be known that the cache of weapons belonged to Muttahida Qaumi Movement-London’s sector-incharge Naseem Ajmeri.
