Punjab Governor attends fifth annual convocation at Sargodha University
Degrees were distributed among the male and female students, Oxford's Lord Mayor also attended
SARGODHA: (Dunya News) – Punjab Governor Rafique Rajwana and Oxford’s Lord Mayor on Thursday attended the fifth annual convocation at Sargodha University where degrees were awarded to the male and female students, reported Dunya News.
Gold medals and prizes were distributed among 43 PhD scholars and 235 students from various disciplines on the occasion.
The convocation was presided over by Rafique Rajwana while Oxford’s Lord Mayor Altaf Malik attended the ceremony as the chief guest.
The governor said on the occasion that promotion of education is Punjab government’s first and foremost mission.
