GILGIT-BALTISTAN: (Dunya News) – Bone-chilling cold weather has finally come to end and cultivation has started as the spring season has set in. The farmers have started going to their fields and the routine cultivation has begun, on Sunday reported Dunya News.

The normal activities of life have started again as soon as winters have come to an end. Farmers are now also going to their fields. Due to the particular conditions of the region, only two crops grow in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB). First to be farmed is barley and then maize and pearl millet are cultivated.
